The fifth working group of the China-US Peaceful Use of Nuclear Technology (PUNT) held a.meeting from 28 Feburary -2 March, 2017 in Nanjing, China.

Participants from China and US summarized the main progress of cooperation in 2016. The radiation stations of Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, and Jinlin provinces introduced the technical and financial support from the US. Participants visited a radioactive waste site in Jiangsu province and discussed the cooperation plan in 2017.
